The Brooke Center

The Brooke Center derived its name from a guided meditation exercise commonly used when working with clients who have trauma. Most people like to envision warm, sandy beaches or a crystal lake reflecting the mighty mountains. The founder, Mallory, desired to create a safe, warm place for clients to come and receive healing. Drawing from her own meditation place for inspiration, which includes a small mountain brook with the sound of water trickling down the mountainside. And thus, The Brooke Center's name was formed.

At The Brooke Center, we uphold our core values of Authentic Connection, Relational Engagement, and Restorative Growth in all our interactions—with clients, colleagues, and our team.

Providing services throughout Texas virtually, and with two in-person locations in Greater DFW, The Brooke Center is eager to begin working with you. It is our honor and privilege to sit with, journey in hand, and come alongside individuals and couples in their healing journey.

Statement of Faith

At The Brooke Center, we believe in the integration of a Biblical worldview, which aligns with the Christian faith and quality psychological practice. We believe in the work God does, and identify Him as the ultimate guide to change, health, and wholeness.

Our providers have pursued advanced training and mentorship which has equipped us to offer services and care for you through a biblical lens. Clients do not have to hold the same or similar beliefs. We believe that these beliefs allow us to better service our clients, viewing them wholly to address all parts including biologically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually. We will honor how you as the client choose to incorporate your beliefs into the counseling process.
